City-Link shipments have a 15-digit consignment number.

Type the consignment number in the search field. The field supports upto 30 numbers on separate lines (press enter after each number).

The consignment number on this page can also be used to replan a delivery attempt if the first attempt failed. Replanning a delivery requires a phone number for contact.

LalaMove shipments can be tracked via the following website:

LalaMove also offers real-time tracking using their phone app.
This can be downloaded on their home page: https://www.lalamove.com/en-my/ 

For both options, a tracking number is needed.
