Dedicated Account Manager

All customers are assigned a dedicated account manager. This person is the primary point of contact, handling requests directly or forwarding them to the appropriate specialist. The account manager provides fast quotations—usually within one hour—and resolves most questions and issues. They can also provide up‑to‑date information on stock levels, pricing and delivery times. Your account manager is available by phone, email and Skype.

Payment on Account

After a successful credit check, NTS can offer 30‑day payment terms (for companies, non‑profits and resellers). Government institutions within Western Europe can generally always purchase on credit.

One‑Stop‑Shop

NTS operates according to the One‑Stop‑Shop principle: we supply virtually all major hardware and software brands, both new and refurbished. In addition, NTS maintains a large stock of used hardware such as PCs, servers and spare parts.

Worldwide Transport

Whether it’s a parcel or a pallet, NTS ships worldwide. We work with trusted transport partners, ensuring customers receive the fastest and most cost‑effective shipping options.

NTS ships using its own vehicles as well as GLS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, Dachser and Schenker. Whether you need to send a single package or a 40‑foot container, NTS will arrange it for you.

Trade‑In

NTS not only supplies companies and (semi‑)government institutions, but also handles trade‑ins when upgrading to newer models, helping you maintain flexibility in your IT budget. Migration

Upon request, NTS installs systems on‑site at your organisation and collects old equipment. We can also pre‑install hard drives with your supplied image and, if needed, wipe your old systems using Blancco™ software.

For companies and (semi‑)government institutions, NTS can prepare tender quotations and request special pricing from various Original Equipment Manufacturers, ensuring you always receive the most competitive offers.

Demo Programme for Schools and Businesses

If you would like to test our refurbished products before purchasing, NTS offers demo units for most of our best‑selling products. You may test them for 60 days free of obligation, provided you have an active credit limit with us. After this period, you may keep the products with an attractive 25% discount or return them to us free of charge.
