RMA


It is NTS Computers SDN BHD's aim to provide optimal service, however sometimes errors occur. Should this be the case, please use the following form to insure the best possible communication and solutions. You will receive a response E-mail as soon as possible.

To assure a smooth RMA procedure, please follow these guidelines:

1. Please contact the technical department/helpdesk and explain the issue. Many problems can be solved over the phone this way. If this is not the case, you will receive an RMA request form.

2. Please send the RMA request form via E-mail to: muhammad@nts.nl

3. RMA approval will be sent to you via E-mail or by telephone in the form of an RMA number. Once approved, you can either send in the product or bring it by the office:

Make sure to address the return shipment to "Muhammad, [your RMA number]".
Walk-in returns can ask for mr. Hairil Hanif at the counter.

When shipping returns, please be aware of the packaging:

  • With DOA's or when available, using the original NTS shipping packaging works best
  • If the original packaging is not available, ensure the item is wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

4. System repairs usually take 5 days, up to 2 weeks, depending on the degree of difficulty and business.

Crediting usually takes ca. 2 weeks, product trade-in take 2 days up to 2 weeks, depending on stock status and warranty agreements. Component repairs usually take 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the supplier/manufacturer.

Many new products have manufacturer warranty. If our helpdesk finds this is the case, you can use any of the manufacturer warranty contact pages in the menu on the left to contact the appropriate department.
