NTS takes great care in the safe packaging of their products, to minimize the chance of damage during transport. We package the product in several ways, depending on the item.

Small Form Factors

Small form factors (SFF), with their low weight of about 10kgs, are packed in a 52x52x24cm cardboard box, stuffed with B1-filling material so the computer cannot move within the box. B1-filling material is ideal for this job because it takes the shape of the space to fill while it is soft, but then it hardens.

Upto 14 SFF pcs are transported on a minipallet. Does the order exceed this amount, they are transported on a Euro/block pallet. Multiple SFFs on a pallet are not individually packed in boxes; instead they are stacked on the pallet, wrapped in bubble wrap and bound to the pallet with a fastening band, before finally being wrapped in sealing foil.

(High-End) Workstations

HP Workstations are shipped in individual boxes on all types of pallets, depending on the number of units. These boxes have white PE foam buffers to negate possible shocks during shipping. The buffers have cutouts to place the keyboard, mouse and cables in. The workstation is wrapped in a plastic bag to prevent dust.

Upto 8 boxes containing Z800/Z820 are shipped on Euro or block pallets. For individual shipments (1 unit) mini pallets are used.
Upto 10 boxes containing Z400/Z420 or Z600/Z620 are shipped on Euro or block pallets. For shipments upto 2 units mini pallets are used.

The boxes are bound to the pallet with a fastening band and wrapped in black sealing foil.
