How can I register on the website?

• Click “Login” at the top left of the screen
• Under “Create new account”, click “Register”
• A form will appear where you can enter your details
• After entering your details, you will receive an email with login information and instructions on how to activate your account
• This email contains an activation link. Click this link
• A screen will appear confirming that your account has been activated. You can now log in

How can I log in to the website?

• Click “Login” at the top left of the screen
• On the left side of the page you will find the login panel

How can I change my customer details?

This is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Please contact NTS if your details change

What should I do if I forgot my password?

• Click “Forgot password” on the login screen
• You will be taken to a page where you must enter your email address. An email will then be sent to you
• In this email you will find a link. Click “Reset”
• You will be redirected to the NTS website, where you can enter a new password
• You can now log in
